Financial Ratio Checklist
A financial Ratio input list would be great. It would be even better if it could do the basic math to show the output with a range of tolerances. A couple of Samples Below
Sample Ratios:
Solvency Ratio - Total Assets/ Total Liabilities
Expense Ratio - Net Expenses/Net Income
Liquidity Ratio - liquid Assets/(Annual Expeses/12)
Savings Ratio - Savings/gross income
Capital Accumulation Ratio - Investment assets/net worth
Debt Payment Ratio - Total Debt Payments/Net Income
Consume Debt Payment ratio - consumer debt payments/net income.
Housing Expense Ratio - (Housing expense = utilities)/net income
Forward Spend rate -systematic monthly distribution/investable assets
Real Spend Rate - trailing 12-month distributions/Total investible assets

Rename - Financial Report Card
This would be a great client deliverable. Most of the data could be loaded in via CSV and create a great color coded "report card"
