This checklist would be utilized during the initial planning meeting discussion with a new client and would guide the information gathering process to insure that all relevant data was captured.

Similar to the Master Goals Worksheet, a Discovery Meeting Interactive Checklist with the ability to "customize" by re-ordering & hiding questions that aren't wanted.

What brought you here? What's on your mind? What's important about money to you? What keeps you up at night? Etc.

Having it interactive, answered in the meeting or sent beforehand and then synced to the CRM would be a great addition.
