Should I Review my Existing 401k?

A flowchart, or checklist, of considerations for plan sponsors of existing retirement plans. The intention is to have a resource to serve as a conversation starter to support plan sponsors in being more critical of their existing retirement plan, to determine if an outside review is warranted. Topics can include a number of items, and could focus on employee financial wellness alongside indicators of poor organizational culture - such as high turnover/attrition of employees.
