Ownership of non-retirement assets

For working with clients in multiple states -- it would be helpful to have a reference that outlines the ownership options available and the pros/cons of each. For example, some states are community property states. Some states do not recognize tenancy by entirety. Also, clients don't usually understand the ramifications of each in the event of divorce or death.
