checklists and flowcharts on executive compensation and their taxation: NQSOs, ISOs, ESPPs, etc
This would be great, especially when considering deferred compensation trade-offs (more Soc Sec is taxable, etc.)
Timeline and decisions points required after employees are awarded RSUs, vest, redeem, and taxation of the units over the full lifecycle.
Even a checklist that helps a client see the differences between an Executive Bonus plan, Deferred Compensation and various Split Dollar plans would be helpful. The type of business structure (C Corp or pass-through entities) and the continuity of a business will affect the decision between various plans.
Exec. compensation strategies, ESOP plans, Carried Interest for PE and VC clientele.. would be awesome!

Some flowcharts on the ins-and-outs of equity compensation would be great. There is a ton of basic info that's searchable, but it's mostly the same, basic, regurgitated info and never in quick summary form. A few good flowcharts for equity covering types, taxation, and tips would be helpful.
