This is a great idea. in our office, we have what we call a "Black Carpet" (vs. a "Red Carpet" welcoming workflow) workflow for clients who have had a death in the family. It is a great piece to use to make that first call to the client or the kids. I would really like to see the input of other FAs to see if we've missed anything. thanks.

From a proactive standpoint, maybe you could also add a section - if a client becomes sick/ has a major diagnosis. What are the critical steps to take / review?
